Sr. Account Manager (Benefits)
Client of The Nagler Group is adding an experienced Account Manager to support a growing book of business. This role works closely with clients, producers, and carriers on service, renewals, and ongoing account needs.
Job Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of mid–large group accounts
- Handle renewals, reporting, and client communications
- Support plan changes, enrollments, and implementation
- Assist with compliance items (5500s, SPDs, PCORI)
- Partner with internal teams and external carriers
Job Requirements:
- Experience in employee benefits account management
- Demonstrated expertise across fully insured, self-funded, level funded, and captive arrangements
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Active NH Life & Health license required
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite; flexibility for experienced hires)
