Sr. Account Manager (Benefits)


Client of The Nagler Group is adding an experienced Account Manager to support a growing book of business. This role works closely with clients, producers, and carriers on service, renewals, and ongoing account needs.


Job Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of mid–large group accounts
  • Handle renewals, reporting, and client communications
  • Support plan changes, enrollments, and implementation
  • Assist with compliance items (5500s, SPDs, PCORI)
  • Partner with internal teams and external carriers


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in employee benefits account management
  • Demonstrated expertise across fully insured, self-funded, level funded, and captive arrangements
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Active NH Life & Health license required


Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite; flexibility for experienced hires)
