Job Description:


  • The Account Manager is responsible for building relationships and growing revenue with some of our most important clients.
  • The Account Manager works directly with the client/MSP to understand all open job requirements as well as coordinates recruitment efforts with our offshore delivery office.
  • This position nurtures existing end-client relationships as well as creates new networking opportunities within the client, in order to grow Account Overall Value (AOV) that aligns with historical performance and quarterly targets.
  • Account Managers also proactively search for new opportunities to grow their accounts within the existing program or with new programs.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-client related daily account activities such as: requirement qualification and prioritization, follow up with the recruitment and service delivery team on coverage/submission status on all active client positions with the goal of getting a placement
  • Develop and expand relationships with client POCs to build trust, credibility and additional requisitions to source
  • Develop, maintain and manage relationships with TekWissen recruitment delivery team to ensure all requirements are properly covered, bring ideas forward to TekWissen leadership and client POCs when TekWissen is unable to cover requirements
  • Actively search for new opportunities in your designated account base
  • Participate in client score card calls to understand areas for improvement, and create improvement plans for each account as needed
  • Review reports from all internal tracking systems to ensure Recruitment, Service Delivery and Onboarding teams are meeting client expectations so TekWissen meets and exceeds KPIs
  • Demonstrate behavior that promotes team work and reduces conflict. Ensure compliance with work rules and corporate policies
  • Full lifecycle account management. Uncapped bonuses earned on account growth


Qualifications/Experience Requirements:


  • Staffing Industry Experience preferred
  • Experience with outlook / O365 technology suite or similar technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with evolving priorities and initiatives
  • Excellent documentation and follow up skills
  • Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems
  • Customer focused and collaborative mindset


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related program preferred.


Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and cell phone
  • Job duties to be conducted in an office environment
