What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Actively seek out new business categories and growth opportunities
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with clients and key decision‑makers
  • Manage your territory, schedule, and travel to maximize client engagement
  • Develop and deliver customized advertising proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal creative, operations, charting, and administrative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging media products



What You Bring

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

• Strong experience managing and growing customer relationships

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to adapt and succeed in a competitive, fast‑moving environment

• Experience selling digital or programmatic local media is a plus


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries

• Strong understanding of the local market (Southern CT)

• Full proficiency across the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and committed to delivering results
