Hybrid, San Francisco, CA -OR- Seattle, WA

Base comp: $110-125k base, commission structure. $200-250K OTE

Enterprise Account Executive (AI / Automation Platform)

Our client is hiring an Enterprise AE to close large, complex deals for a fast‑growing AI automation platform transforming HR, IT, and back‑office operations. You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, running multi‑threaded cycles, navigating procurement, and closing 6–7 figure ARR deals. Many opportunities are partner‑influenced, but you’ll control strategy, progression, and close. This is an AI‑first sales role. You’ll use AI tools to accelerate pipeline generation, improve execution, and run a high‑leverage, modern enterprise motion.

What You’ll Do

• Own enterprise revenue from outbound → close
• Convert inbound MQLs into qualified executive meetings
• Lead long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
• Run partner‑influenced opportunities with brokers/consultants
• Build account plans and expand into new functions/geos
• Navigate procurement, security, and legal
• Provide feedback to Product & Marketing to strengthen the enterprise motion

What You Bring

• 5–8+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Track record closing 6–7 figure deals
• Strong outbound + self‑sourced pipeline skills
• Executive presence and value‑based selling
• Experience selling into complex orgs (HR, IT, Finance, Procurement)
• Curiosity and comfort using AI to improve performance

Success in Year One

• Build a strong enterprise pipeline
• Convert inbound leads consistently
• Close multiple enterprise deals
• Establish repeatable, AI‑driven sales workflows
• Expand at least one major account
