Reports To: Director of Partnerships
OTE: $300K+ (base + uncapped variable)

You’ll Own
- Skyrocketing platform adoption and usage
- Strategic advisory sessions that spark real member wins
- Renewals, upsells, and sneaky-good expansion plays
- Turning partner feedback into product gold
- Killer metrics dashboards that prove the magic
- Delivering the kind of experience that makes partners rave
You’ll Crush It If You’re
- A strategic co-pilot who sees the bigger picture

Must-Haves
- 5+ years in account management, partnerships, customer experience, or customer success
- Track record growing/expanding high-value accounts
- Experience influencing senior leaders
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
