We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive who wants to grow with a company that offers great training, a supportive team environment, and local leadership invested in your success. What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new business relationships
• Grow and maintain an active client portfolio
• Create and present customized marketing plans using radio, digital, and promotional assets
• Help clients solve business challenges through strategic advertising solutions
• Negotiate and close campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure strong client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (media, advertising, or B2B is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Interest in marketing, media, and helping local businesses succeed
• Knowledge of the local business community is helpful but not required
