On behalf of our client, a developer of premium cold brew coffee solutions that
enable hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other hospitality operators to deliver exceptional coffee with speed, consistency, and minimal operational complexity. We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to aggressively accelerate growth across the hotel, restaurant, and café (HORECA) market. This is a foundational role for a highly driven seller who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building new markets from the ground up.
This is an outbound-heavy role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing hospitality operators that can benefit from introducing or expanding their coffee program using our platform. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and you will work closely with leadership to help test and refine the go-to-market motion as we scale.

- Ideally located in the greater New York City metro area (NJ or CT secondary preference)
MAKING AN IMPACT
New Business Development
- Identify and prospect for hotels, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality operators that could benefit from a premium coffee program.
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Prioritize independent operators and regional hotel groups for quick adoption
- Target operators with meaningful coffee throughput where we can drive strong long-term recurring revenue.
Full-Cycle Sales Execution
- Manage the full sales process from discovery through closing.
- Conduct consultative conversations with operators to understand guest experience, operational constraints, and revenue opportunities.
- Deliver compelling in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
Market Expansion
- Open new geographic markets and establish early customer clusters.
- Identify high-potential hospitality segments including hotels, multi-location restaurant groups, and foodservice operators.
Field Activation
- Travel to key markets to conduct product demos, tastings, and customer onboarding.
- Support installations and early customer success to ensure strong product adoption.
- Generate local reference customers that accelerate adoption in new markets.
Voice of Customer
- Provide ongoing feedback to leadership on customer needs, objections, and product opportunities.
- Help refine messaging, sales playbooks, and target segments as the company scales.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated seller who enjoys building pipelines and closing new business in fast-moving environments. You are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and are energized by opening new markets, meeting customers face-to-face, and refining how a company sells as it grows. You bring strong sales discipline, resilience in outbound prospecting, and a consultative approach that resonates with hospitality operators.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–7+ years of direct sales experience in hospitality, food & beverage, beverage equipment, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and new business development.
- Experience selling in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality operators.
- Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Confidence delivering live product demonstrations and building relationships in person.
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in an early-stage environment.
- Strong organization and pipeline management discipline.

- New customer locations onboarded.
