This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in New Orleans, LA. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating events with internal teams. They will also be involved in planning, executing, and managing catering events while ensuring service quality and addressing client needs promptly. This role requires strong collaboration with both clients and team members to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Relationship management and customer service skills to build and maintain client satisfaction
- Event coordination, organizational, and time-management skills to ensure seamless event execution
- Sales and communication skills to generate new business and negotiate contracts effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address client concerns and ensure quality standards
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for managing accounts and events
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
