As a Digital Account Manager at Option A Group, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships on digital projects while overseeing the successful execution of projects with our team of developers. Your responsibilities will encompass digital planning, client communication, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Expertise and past experience with digital projects preferred.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
  • Understand clients' goals, objectives, and preferences to provide tailored advertising solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships/partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other agencies on behalf of client.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to achieve their business objectives.


Project Management:

  • Create project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure the timely delivery of fast turnaround campaigns.
  • Oversee the production process, from concept to execution, while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimizations.


Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate efforts among various departments, including creative, media planning, and analytics.
  • Foster collaboration and communication to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Provide clear and concise briefs to internal teams, guiding them in the development of creative assets and campaign materials.


Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to client budget constraints.
  • Monitor expenses and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Generate accurate financial reports and forecasts for clients and agency management.


Communication and Reporting:

  • Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients for campaign reviews and new proposals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project documentation.


Client Retention and Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services to existing clients.
  • Seek client feedback and use it to continuously improve the quality of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital account management within an advertising agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital principles and projects.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and budget oversight.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools (e.g., project management software, analytics tools).
