The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to own HydroJug’s relationships with our brick-and-

mortar retail partners. You’ll be the main contact for your accounts — managing the day-to-day

with buyers, keeping shelves looking good, and finding ways to grow.

This isn’t a passive role. We want someone who treats retail partners like real business

relationships, stays on top of sell-through data, and proactively surfaces opportunities before

they become problems.


What You’ll Own

• Day-to-day buyer relationships across assigned retail accounts

• Account revenue targets and sell-through performance

• Monthly demand forecasts submitted in collaboration with our planning team

• Seasonal assortment planning and on-time submission to retail buy windows

• DC compliance — routing guides, EDI, labeling — keeping chargebacks minimal

• In-store execution: planogram compliance, product placement, and resets

• Identifying opportunities to expand doors, endcaps, or shelf space within existing

accounts


Who You Are

• 3–5 years managing retail accounts, ideally in CPG or consumer goods

• You know how big-box retail works — buy cycles, planograms, routing guides,

chargebacks

• Comfortable with data — you can read a sell-through report and turn it into a talking point

• Strong communicator who can hold their own in a buyer meeting

• Organized and detail-oriented — retail ops are unforgiving and you know it

• Bonus: experience with Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy, or Scheels


How Success Is Measured

• Revenue vs. plan by account (monthly)

• Sell-through rate — maintained or improving YoY

• Forecast accuracy within ±10% of actuals

• Chargeback rate below 0.5% of account revenue
