Account Executive – San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business across a greenfield mid-market and enterprise territory
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with budget owners, procurement, and technical decision-makers
  • Build pipeline and hit revenue targets with autonomy and execution discipline
  • Partner directly with co-founders to shape GTM strategy


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of outside sales to mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Outbound pipeline generation and full-cycle closing experience
  • Background selling developer tools, QA tools, or engineering solutions
  • Experience selling to Heads of Engineering, QA leads, and C-suite within engineering orgs
  • Startup experience required; comfort operating in fast-changing environments


Compensation & Perks

  • OTE: $250K–$300K
