Account Manager – Washington, DC (Hybrid)

We’re hiring driven, competitive Account Managers to join our growing team at Mondo, a national recruiting firm partnering with enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth startups across tech, digital marketing, and creative.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Partner closely with recruiters to deliver top talent and close deals
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → closing → account growth
- Hit and exceed weekly activity and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 0–5 years of experience (sales, recruiting, athletics, or competitive environments preferred)
- Strong work ethic and high level of motivation
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Resilient with a “hunter” mentality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
