About the Role

Join a growing, family-run insurance agency where your work is valued, your voice is heard, and your impact is visible. This firm is expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions and is looking to add a Personal Lines Account Executive to support and retain a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal lines book of business, handling day-to-day servicing, renewals, and client needs
  • Conduct coverage reviews, advise on gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Handle endorsements, billing inquiries, and policy changes efficiently
  • Partner with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive coverage options
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that add value to clients
  • Stay current on products, carriers, and market trends


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of personal lines experience (Account Manager / AE level preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and carriers
  • Client-first, consultative approach to service
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • P&C license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to manage a book independently
