Position Overview
We’re hiring an Account Executive (Outside Sales) to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to closing new business and managing client relationships long term.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundamentals of selling, is comfortable closing deals, and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients - not just making one time sales.
You’ll be responsible for growing your own book of business while maintaining and renewing client partnerships year after year.
👉 This position is best suited for someone in the early to mid-stage of their sales career who has developed strong sales fundamentals and is ready to take full ownership of their pipeline, performance, and long-term client success.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiation and closing
- Build and manage consistent pipeline of local vendors
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Develop strong client relationships that lead to long term retention and renewals
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, helping them understand how to grow their business through our platform
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of full-cycle sales experience (not just lead generation or support roles)
- Proven ability to close deals and hit or exceed goals
- Experience managing client relationships beyond the initial sale is a strong plus
- Independent; self-motivated; competitive; resilient
