The Opportunity

Glocap Tech Search is proud to partner with a trailblazing Series B AI company that is fundamentally changing how elite organizations scale. Our client focuses exclusively on the top 10% of technical talent from the world’s most prestigious universities and early stage tech or VC experience.


We are seeking a high-caliber Account Manager to join their San Francisco Bay Area headquarters. This is a land and expand role designed for a strategic builder who can turn initial client engagements into massive, long-term partnerships.


TLand, Expand, & Architect

  • You will own the post-sale relationship, navigating complex organizational structures to identify and capture expansion opportunities.
  • As a Series B hire, you aren't following a playbook you’re writing it. You will create the repeatable success processes that ensure world-class Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Partner with C-suite decision leaders at the world’s most sophisticated firms, serving as a consultant on their AI talent platform stratefy.
  • This role is 5 days a week in-office, fostering the high-intensity collaboration necessary to win in the AI space


Candidate Pedigree & Requirements

  • 5-10 years in Account Management or Sales within Adtech, AI, HR tech or demand generation tech
  • Experience in an early stage tech company
  • You are comfortable engaging with high-pedigree talent and executive stakeholders who demand excellence.
  • You possess a natural ability to build workflows, manage CRM hygiene, and use data to drive growth.
  • You have a proven track record of growing existing accounts through proactive relationship building and strategic upselling.
