I’m partnered with an early-stage AI startup building the security and infrastructure layer that enables enterprises to safely deploy AI.


They’re building out their sales function and are looking to bring on a Founding AE to own outbound, build pipeline, and close early enterprise deals. This is a true 0→1 role with direct access to leadership and full ownership of the GTM motion.


The Role

  • Own outbound and pipeline generation into enterprise accounts
  • Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Run full sales cycles from first touch to close
  • Help shape messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
  • Build a repeatable GTM motion from the ground up


What They’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR or AE) in SaaS, infrastructure, or technical products
  • Strong hunter mentality with consistent quota attainment
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • High ownership, urgency, and persistence


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into enterprise IT, security, or technical buyers
  • Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
  • Experience in a 0→1 or early-stage environment
