- Minimum of 3 Years of Sales Experience (Required)
- Proven experience with Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loan products.

The Senior Loan Officer / Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with mortgage brokers, financial institutions, real estate developers, and investors. This role involves overseeing loan origination, driving sales performance, and expanding business opportunities within the real estate market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the mortgage industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, financial institutions, real estate developers, and investors.
- Oversee loan origination processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze financial histories and mortgage applications to assess creditworthiness.
- Provide expert guidance on loan products, underwriting, and deal structures.
- Negotiate terms and close mortgage deals to maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in real estate financing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Conduct training sessions for junior account executives and brokers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Private Lending for Real Estate Investments.
- Proven experience with Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loan products.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of loan origination and underwriting processes.
- Established book of business specializing in RTL (Residential Transition Loans) or DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio) loans.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
