Altus Recruiting is partnered with multiple Insurance & Banking organizations in Orange County, CA. They are looking to hire ex-college athletes for their Sales Development (SDR) Programs. They are looking for ex-college athletes with 0-5 years of sales / business experience. All Programs provide a base salary, commission, training, mentoring, etc. Year 1 OTE, ranges from $75K to $100K. Yr. 2 OTE ranges from $75K to $150K and onward from there.
