We are seeking a Project Success Manager to lead client projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring an exceptional client experience and internal alignment. This role sits at the intersection of project management, client success, and cross-functional team leadership.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals—while proactively identifying risks, managing expectations, and driving successful outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

This is an IN-HOUSE position only.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple client projects simultaneously across digital marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Web, Creative, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for project execution and delivery
• Translate client goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, media, development) to ensure alignment and accountability
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
• Identify risks early and proactively propose solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, follow-ups, and performance check-ins
• Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and reporting in project management tools
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, client success, or account operations
• Agency experience strongly preferred (digital marketing or advertising)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

• Experience with agency P&L management.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Teamwork, Monday).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
