THORPETO is a lean, independent datacenter and AI solutions provider built for speed, flexibility, and execution. We’re building a high-performing sales team and are looking for people who want real responsibility and real upside without corporate friction.

You’ll have the autonomy to build your own book of business, backed by support from leadership and fellow account executives.


The Role

You’ll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, creating opportunities, running conversations, and closing deals. You’ll work in a small, competitive team with a flat hierarchy where results are visible and decisions are made fast.

Through structured onboarding and ongoing training, we’ll teach you how to navigate products and market dynamics, enabling you to position THORPETO — and yourself — as a strong alternative to conventional IT channels.


What You’ll Do
  • Prospecting and cold call daily
  • Run deals from first contact through close
  • Work directly with leadership
  • Contribute directly to the company’s growth and benefit from the results
  • Compete in a performance-driven environment

Sales experience is preferred; some technical knowledge an advantage, but not required.
