We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our business and expand our reach in the preclinical space.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Sales
  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and industry events
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at pharma, biotech, and academic organizations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Lead contract discussions and close deals
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events (local, national, international as needed)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities
  • Attend internal research meetings
  • Provide weekly updates to senior leadership
🔹 Marketing
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, website content, social media posts)
  • Run email campaigns and digital advertising efforts
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with scientific teams to develop content, posters, and conference materials
  • Keep website content updated and relevant
🔹 Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Research market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments
  • Stay current on regulatory and industry changes
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within preclinical CRO, biotech, or pharma
  • Strong understanding of in vivo and in vitro preclinical drug development
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Nice To Have
  • Existing network in pharma/biotech
  • Experience in specific therapeutic areas or specialized in vivo services
  • Digital marketing experience
