As an EV Dealership Account Manager at Smart Charge America, you will play a critical role in managing and fostering relationships with our dealership partners in Austin, TX. In this full-time, on-site role, your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with dealership clients, assisting with their EV charging needs, and providing tailored solutions for their requirements. You will oversee account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's growth by identifying opportunities for service expansion and improvements. This role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for clean energy solutions.
- Experience in account management, relationship building, and customer success
- Knowledge of electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, and sustainable energy solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple dealership accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently when required
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software is a plus
- Understanding of technical aspects of EV charging and installation processes is a benefit
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or a related field is preferred
