The Opportunity

We seek an exceptional Director of Foundation Relations to lead our institutional giving program and build on extraordinary momentum: foundation giving reached 188% of goal in FY25. This role will drive strategy for our two-year "For the Kids" campaign to raise $20M+ and manage a mature portfolio of major foundation relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Steward and grow relationships with major institutional funders
• Write compelling grant proposals and reports
• Identify and cultivate new foundation prospects
• Lead foundation strategy for the "For the Kids" campaign
• Manage and mentor a grant writer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of foundation relations or grant writing experience
• Knowledge of the Boston philanthropic landscape preferred
• Exceptional writing ability and journalistic sensibility
• Track record of meeting ambitious revenue goals
• Genuine passion for ending family homelessness
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff
