Client Account Manager - (Bilingual: Spanish/English)
*$50K base plus uncapped commissions

This role is for someone who wants to own a territory, build a book, and make money based on performance.
What You'll Own:
- Aggressively prospect and win new construction accounts
- Cold call, walk job sites, and generate opportunities daily
- Expand and upsell within existing accounts
- Protect and grow revenue through strong relationship management
- Outwork competitors in your territory
- Close deals and hit aggressive monthly sales targets
- Turn one-time buyers into long-term contractor partners
Who You Are:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years of construction industry sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated
- Comfortable in the field: on job sites, in warehouses, face-to- face
- Strong closer who asks for the business
- Organized, disciplined, and driven by results
- Physically able to lift 50 lb. boxes on a repeatable daily basis
