especially those who are reliable, on time, and looking for a company they can grow with long-term. What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of a team that turns raw composite materials into finished aerospace panels. Day-to-day tasks may include: Pulling materials from cold storage and allowing them to acclimate per work instructions Cutting materials to size based on work orders Laying up materials into panel constructions Loading and unloading panels into a temperature-controlled platen press Operating the press and performing proper burp cycles Recording processing data for traceability and quality tracking Trimming finished panels on CNC machines Palletizing completed panels for shipping Maintaining proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive materials This role is repetitive, hands-on, and detail-focused

Strong attendance and reliability

showing up on time every shift is critical Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work overtime when needed Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Why This Role Is a Great Fit

Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Marysville, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
