The Specialist, Collections will be responsible for performing collection activities in an effort to recover losses from assigned accounts. Manage a portfolio of assigned delinquent accounts. Initiate contact with debtors through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans.
