Loan Servicing Representative
This position provides opportunity to gain knowledge regarding Loan Servicing, Operations, and Collections aspect of the Manufactured Housing Industry. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service Answer customer calls/inquiries Take payments over the phone Handle customer/client correspondence and all information requests Support various departments within Loan Servicing Team Assist with Loan Research Review and submit Loan Maintenance Requests Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Some College preferred Bilingual in Spanish - required Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word) Excellent organizational skills Excelling communication skills - both oral and written Collection knowledge a plus Manufactured housing knowledge a plus FirstBank does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies and staffing firms.
