Welcome to My Gym Children's Fitness Center700+ locations worldwide and still growing. We run high-energy fitness classes, gymnastics programs, and unforgettable birthday parties for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years old. What we're looking for: Available 2540 hours/week (including weekends) High-energy personalityyou like being the loudest one in the room Strong communication & people skills Experience working with kids (required) Background in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or fitness Leadership mindset + ability to motivate others Organized and reliable Comfortable with sales (we'll teach you how to win here) Must pass a background check What you get: Starting at $16.90/hr (most trained staff earn $17$20/hr) Time off (because balance matters) Medical benefits (full-time team members) Growth opportunitieswe promote from within A team that actually feels like a team Why this job hits different: You're not stuck behind a desk.
