Sales Porter/Detailer Position
The Sales Porter/Detailer Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $22.00. Qualifications
Maintains a professional appearance. High School Diploma or GED or higher 1-year experience (Not required) Pass the background check. Must have clean & valid driver's license. Able and willing to work flexible hours. Able to receive and follow directions. Physical Requirements
Bending, twisting and/or stooping on a regular basis Lifting on a regular basis Reaching and/or lifting overhead on a regular basis Grasping/grabbing with hands on a regular basis General Expectations
Devote self to ensuring satisfaction to customers. Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening. Attend company meetings as required. Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects. Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively. Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services. Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company's business. Follow lawful directions from supervisors. Understand and follow work rules and procedures. Participate in performance management. Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale. Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements. Moves cars. Keeps new car and used car lots clean and orderly. Runs various errands for the dealership. Other duties as assigned. Observe all safety rules at all times. Must be reliable and punctual. Organizing the vehicles in all the showrooms and storage lots. Stocking in of new and used vehicles. This includes all the paperwork, inventorying and gassing the cars. Getting cars ready for delivery when sold - gassing the car and assisting detail department with sticker removal. Maintain and clean the appearance of the general facilities. Detail all cars, both new and used. Handle requests courteously and quickly. Greet outside customers quickly and in friendly and courteous manner. Benefits
