Yosemite Lakes Park is a non-gated community in the Central California Sierra Mountain foothills located between Yosemite National Park and Fresno near the unincorporated town of Coarsegold. YLP covers about 10 square miles at elevations from 900 to 2,200 feet, naturally landscaped by oak tree, pine tree, and boulder landscapes, pristine views of snowcapped mountains and the broader views of the Central Valley. All homes are custom-built on 1 acre and larger home sites. There are 2,263 parcels with about 1,870 homes. YLP is administered by an elected board of the Yosemite Lakes Owners Association (YLOA). Declaration of Restrictions (DOR) are not stringent as YLP caters to people who enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle and the community retains its character by individual pride in ownership. Amenities include a 9-hole golf course with pro shop and coffee shop, riding/boarding stable, clubhouse with restaurant, lounge and library, swimming pool and tennis courts, a ball field, picnic areas, basketball court, volleyball court, tether ball, private security, storage facility, hiking/riding trails and fishing lakes. Job Summary

The primary role of the

Golf Marshal

is to provide a Great golfing experience for every guest by providing excellent customer service while maintaining a good pace of play. In addition, the marshal will assist starting golfers on time while informing them of the round expectations. Responsibilities: Maintain a reasonable pace of play Ensure that all guests are adhering to course rules and golf etiquette Monitor the course at all times by moving around the entire grounds Constantly patrol the course looking for ways to assist guests Ensure the cleanliness and usability of teeing areas and the course in general Maintain a high level of communication with each and every guest on the course Assist in the staging of golf carts Perform reasonable tasks and projects as assigned by the Head Pro/Manager, Superintendent or Assistant Managers Assist the Superintendent and greens crew whenever possible Maintain radio communication with the Pro Shop at all times Disclaimer:

Candidates must have the ability to deliver a high-quality standard of service, consistently with emphasis on continued improvement. Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills are a must. Financial aptitude and experience to assist and understand the operating budget. Ability to train, motivate, and supervise. Necessary Knowledge, Ability and Skills: Clear understanding of golf, private club and/or hospitality operations Thrive in a team environment focused on excellence. Ability to deliver a high-quality standard of service, consistently with emphasis on continued improvement. Must be well organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance. Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks. Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors). Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required. Pay:
