Sales Manager

to drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, strategic business development, and high-level client engagement. This is not a field role. This is a revenue-producing sales leadership position. Primary Objective Generate

$1,000,000–$1,500,000+ in new annual revenue

through structured lead management, relationship development, and consistent deal execution. What You Will Own

Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads using HubSpot CRM Build and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline (minimum 3x annual target) Execute structured follow-up and drip campaigns Develop and grow referral relationships with architects, builders, and designers Lead qualification calls and strategic client meetings Present proposals and move opportunities to signed contract Deliver weekly pipeline reporting and forecasting Ensure clean handoffs to estimating and operations Represent Maxwell at select industry and networking events A significant portion of this role involves CRM management, follow-up discipline, forecasting, and digital communication — not just in-person meetings. What We’re Looking For

5+ years in construction or high-value project sales Proven success closing six-figure projects Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar required) Experience managing long sales cycles and structured follow-up Organized, data-driven, and process-oriented Comfortable presenting to affluent homeowners and professional partners Ability to read plans and communicate with architects and builders High accountability and self-management We are not seeking a field installer transitioning into sales. xsgimln We are seeking a structured, disciplined sales professional. Total Targeted Compensation:

$100,000–$150,000+ Compensation Structure:
