Director of Operations
to keep our wheels turning smoothly. The Role As the Director of Operations, you are the bridge between vision and execution. You will work side-by-side with our CEO and management team to oversee the daily pulse of our company. This isn't a "sit back and watch" role—you’ll be on the ground ensuring our retail stores, and support teams are hitting their marks. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize workflows across retail operations, customer support, sales & marketing.Proje ct Leadership: Lead
internal projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently.Team
Development: Trai n, mentor, and track the performance of employees across multiple departments.Cross -Functional Collaboration: Act
as the glue between Retail Sales, Product Support, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless "Magnum experience" for our riders.Strat egic Support: Work
closely with the CEO to implement long-term operational goals and improve company-wide KPIs. Who You Are The Ultimate Organizer: You find peace in a well-structured spreadsheet and a perfectly managed project timeline.A Peo ple Person: You
can communicate effectively with everyone from warehouse technicians to executive leadership.A Pro ven Leader: You
have a track record of training teams and holding them accountable to high standards.Local
& Ready: This
is a 100% in-office role at our SLC headquarters. You thrive in a collaborative, face-to-face environment. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in operations management (experience in retail management, and systems management is a major plus).Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.Passion for the e-bike industry or sustainable transportation. xsgimln Ready to Lead the Charge?
