TRUSS ASSEMBLERS- WAGE INCREASED! 1st shift - $21.64/hour2nd shift- $23.64/hourLocation: CascadeJob Summary:The Truss Assembler is responsible for assembling pre-cut wood and metal materials to build roof, floor, and wall trusses according to blueprints and work orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and layout instructions. Position and assemble truss components using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
Lay out pre-cut wood and plates on assembly tables.
Verify dimensions and angles to ensure trusses are built accurately.
Operate saws, presses, and other equipment used in the truss manufacturing process.
Inspect finished trusses for quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Assist with loading/unloading and staging of materials as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or truss manufacturing is a plus.
Ability to read and understand measurements, blueprints, and diagrams.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
