Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Houston, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing customer orders, and providing product expertise to support sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing quotes, identifying potential leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some remote work is acceptable as part of this role, offering flexibility while maintaining a customer-focused approach. xsgimln Our sales / warehouse offices are located in Katy with new location coming to Jacinto port area.
Qualifications Customer relationship management and client communication skills Sales strategy development and market research expertise Familiarity with industrial and mechanical piping products, including the ability to provide technical knowledge about materials like stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper Ability to prepare accurate quotes and manage order processing efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in sales or the industrial supply industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite especially P21 At least some sales experience in the pipe fitting and valve business a plus
