Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative at our North Plainfield, NJ location. The BDC Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, scheduling service appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. xsgimln The role involves a focus on delivering excellent customer service, nurturing sales opportunities, and representing the company professionally in all interactions. Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to connect effectively with customers and address inquiries Proficiency in customer service and customer satisfaction to ensure an exceptional experience for every client Experience or skills in sales to identify opportunities and guide customers in selecting services or vehicles that meet their needs Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and stay organized while managing multiple tasks Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is an advantage No prior experience required — we will provide training for the right candidate, as long as you are confident and effective on the phone
