This patient-focused team helps address some of the most complex diseases of our time.Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.Learn more at TheProduct Director, KAM Marketing and Activation role is accountable for shaping the portfolio-wide KAM marketing strategy across the Neuroscience franchise (Spravato , Invega, Caplyta) and leading promotional resource development and execution across the customer-facing KAM organization. In this role you will lead the development of KAM strategies, messages and promotional resources. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to partner with ITCI organization to shape newly launched CAPLYTA strategic plan and build resources to effectively launch CAPLYTA with population health decision makers.The role operates with autonomy, portfolio scope, and meaningful decision-making responsibility, partnering closely with Analytics, Brand, Payer, and KAM Field Leadership to improve outcomes for patients living with serious mental illness and support portfolio growth.Key Responsibilities included, but not limited to:Lead evolution of the Neuroscience portfolio value proposition, including integration of newly launched brand-CAPLYA, ensuring relevance for B2B Customer across sites of care.Lead the development of population health strategies across Neuroscience portfolio and delivery channels, including IDNs, Community Mental Health Centers, Pharmacies of Mental Health, and large multi-site treatment organizationsPartner with analytics team, market research and field to Synthesize data/insights to frame portfolio-level customer opportunities and recommendationsLead Neuroscience KAM marketing business planning process and represent NS-KAM voice to cross-functional partner business planning process (brands, payers)Lead development of KAM promotional materials and tools in partnership with vendors and brand teams, ensuring strategic intent, field usability, and complianceLead Neuroscience Channel POA strategy and execution in collaboration with KAM leadership and brand partnersPartner with KAM leadership and training teams to ensure clarity of strategy, KAM resource-readiness, and support consistent execution across customers segmentsDefine success metrics with input from cross-functional team, evaluate impact of KAM initiatives, and apply a continuous improvement mindset to optimize portfolio performancePartner with team to identify and activate new delivery care model to serve unmet mental health needs of patientsExperience & Capabilities RequiredBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred8+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience.Brand and/or channel marketing experienceDemonstrated ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through executionProven success influencing senior and peer-level stakeholders in highly matrixed organizationsPreferredExperience in Neuroscience, specialty, or population health–focused portfoliosExperience leading enterprise/ KAM marketing strategy, business planning, and field enablement across multiple brands or customer segmentsJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
