Benefits of the Director of Lab Services Competitive Pay :
$starts at $39/ hr or $80k and goes up, depending on experience This is a full time permanent position with hospital Receive Benefits, Paid Time Off On call pay offered Schedule:
M – F Choose 7am -3pm or 8am – 5pm On call schedule is to rotate weekends with team.
What the Director of Lab Services will be doing: Oversee a team of 3 full-time MT/MLTs and 1 PRN staff member Step in to support the lab team as needed in day-to-day operations Assist with blood chemistries, hematology, and cardiac enzyme testing Support a 15-bed acute care facility and Level IV Trauma Center by ensuring efficient lab operations, maintaining equipment, upholding quality control standards, and managing administrative responsibilities
Qualifications for the Job Title / Cert and or Short Job Title): Must be a Certified Medical Laboratory Tech – MLT / Medical Technologist - MT 1 to 2 years of Leadership experience within Lab Servies Must have BloodBank experience
