Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an
Experienced Auto Salesperson
at our Egg Harbor Township, NJ location. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing expert advice on automotive options, managing sales transactions, following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications Experience in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. Demonstrated ability in Customer Retention and relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Knowledge of luxury automobile features and market trends is an advantage. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
