What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or four years of relevant experience
• Minimum of ten years of commercial lending experience
• Previous sales management experience
• Knowledge of banking credit principles
• Excellent verbal communication and outstanding interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• MBA preferred
• Proven track record of sales achievement
• Experience handling banking relationships of clients in the $500 million to $1.5 billion segment
• Experience establishing a business vertical preferred
