Director of Information Technology (Hybrid – Los Angeles, CA)

This is a 6–9 month contract opportunity with a hybrid work model . Candidates must be local and available for onsite support during critical upgrades or operational needs.

KORE1 is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead and enhance enterprise technology operations for a dynamic organization based in Century City, Los Angeles, CA .

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic direction with hands-on execution . You’ll oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, CRM systems (Salesforce), and overall technology performance—ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud, and security
• Administer and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Drive system upgrades, maintenance, and critical changes
• Partner with leadership on technology initiatives
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service delivery
• Lead cybersecurity efforts (policies, monitoring, response)
• Oversee IT support and service delivery standards
• Manage IT budget and resource allocation
• Implement disaster recovery & business continuity plans
• Mentor and lead IT team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Strong hands-on expertise in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
• 5+ years of Salesforce / CRM administration experience
• Proven ability to lead complex IT projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or legal environments
• Exposure to document or case management systems
• Master’s degree or MBA (nice to have)
• Knowledge of data security & compliance standards
• Schedule: Hybrid (onsite required for critical needs)
