  • Future-proof reporting products for emerging payment innovations (e.g., agentic commerce, stablecoins/on-chain activity, crypto), ensuring extensibility of data models, controls, and client experiences.
  • Drive client-focused solutions by partnering with issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors, and FinTechs to deeply understand reporting pain points, validate concepts, and iterate through pilots and scaled launches.

  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to package and commercialize premium reporting offerings, define pricing/packaging, and accelerate adoption toward $800M+ revenue targets.
  • Establish operating mechanisms for delivery across matrixed stakeholders: OKRs, program cadence, executive communications, risk management, and dependency planning with platform modernization initiatives.
  • Define and track product health metrics: onboarding time, adoption, engagement, retention, NPS/CSAT, data freshness/latency, quality, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance, privacy, and security requirements are embedded in product design and data delivery, partnering with Risk & Compliance and Legal.
