Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, mission-driven organization to hire a Director of Finance . This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing end-to-end finance operations.

Remote requirement: Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zones

What you’ll own

What you’ll own:

• Lead month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting (US GAAP)
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Deliver clear monthly variance / cost center analysis for business leaders
• Review/prepare complex JEs, reconciliations, and schedules
• Oversee billing & collections and support RFPs during bidding cycles
• Partner on audits and strengthen processes/controls

What we’re looking for

What we’re looking for:

• 9+ years progressive accounting/finance experience (public accounting exposure a plus)
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong Excel + comfort in ERP/finance systems
