A Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located in Sanford, ME.
Summer Commons is beautiful and brand new sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. The facility offers outdoor spaces off of each wing; as well as, a large, state of the art gym situated right off the rehab floor. The rehab and nursing staff are supportive, friendly and work well together to offer our patients the best care possible.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will:
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
- Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours.
