Education required to be successful at this position: ·
High school diploma or equivalent ·
Bachelor’s degree is a plus ·
Graduated Gemologist (GG) Degree or Gemological (GIA) training preferred ·
3 years prior retail experience in luxury goods or jewelry ·
3 years prior management experience

Professional communication via phone, email, text, and in-person ·
Extremely comfortable with computers and proficient in MS Office Suite and POS systems, experience using Edge software a HUGE plus
Duties will include, but are not limited to: ·
Achieve sales targets by building a loyal client base, offering personalized consultations for engagement, custom, or luxury pieces, and maintaining long-term follow-up. ·
Offer in-depth knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, jewelry history, and trends. greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional, personal shopping experience service ·
Proactively identify and anticipate client needs. ·
Maintain high-end store displays and assist with store opening/closing procedures. ·
Display professionalism and sophistication. ·
Meticulous approach to inventory, displays, and client follow-up ·
Manage calendar and appointments ·
Manage client jobs from start to finish ·
Process sales through POS system ·
Manage and train sales staff ·
Assist owner with sales ·
Attend offsite and after-hour events
