Shape the Voice of Waterless Beauty with Oliveda
Waterless Beauty is the fastest growing sector in the entire beauty industry, and we are the fastest growing waterless beauty brand disrupting the industry.
We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to define, refine, and elevate Oliveda’s brand voice across all channels. This role is ideal for a highly experienced writer with strong editorial sensibility, advertising expertise, and deep knowledge of the beauty and lifestyle space, someone who can blend storytelling, luxury, and conversion seamlessly.

Your Role Translate Oliveda’s science, philosophy, and purpose into clear, persuasive, and emotionally resonant copy — shaping a refined, consistent brand voice that educates, inspires, and converts across all platforms. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and business objectives.
What You’ll Do Own & Elevate Brand Voice Develop, protect, and evolve Oliveda’s tone of voice across all written communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and luxury positioning. Adapt messaging thoughtfully across platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Craft High-Impact Copy Across Channels Write compelling copy for newsletters, websites, e-commerce, product pages, landing pages, email marketing, press releases, advertisements, and social media (paid and organic). Create headlines, taglines, CTAs, and long-form content that balance storytelling with performance and conversion goals.
Lead Creative Concepts & Campaign Storytelling Develop creative concepts and messaging frameworks for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives within the beauty and lifestyle space. Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and leadership to bring integrated campaigns to life.
Editorial Excellence & Refinement Edit and refine content to meet luxury, editorial, and premium brand standards. Ensure tone, voice, and messaging resonate with high-end, discerning audiences.
Translate Science into Consumer Language • Transform complex skincare science, clinical claims, and ingredient innovation into engaging, accessible, and aspirational narratives.
Maintain & Scale Brand Consistency • Help define and enforce copy and tone-of-voice guidelines across global markets, platforms, and external partners. Stay Ahead of Industry & Cultural Trends • Research and stay current on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends to keep Oliveda’s voice relevant, modern, and inspiring.
What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within the beauty industry, with a strong focus on advertising, social media, and editorial content • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail • Experience working with luxury brands or editorial publications (e.g., Vogue or equivalent) is a strong plus • Proven expertise in digital advertising, social media, email marketing, website content, and press releases • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality • Strong collaboration skills and confidence working closely with creative teams and senior leadership • Deep understanding of luxury, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle storytelling • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and mission-driven brands
