Job Summary Morton and Rudolph Jewelers is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Professional to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. We are in search of a creative and innovative individual who is looking to grow in an exciting career in the jewelry industry. We expect our new team member to perform daily operational tasks to support the store sales, coordinate with vendors to ensure order accuracy, and keep track of repairs and special orders. The right fit will be a self-starter and detail oriented with a passion for selling jewelry. Must be able to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations with precision, ensuring adherence to established systems, processes and operational standards including inventory management, production processes, and quality control Stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, ticketing/re-ticketing, and merchandising Oversee packaging and shipping Provide general administrative support Work closely with customers to determine goals of target audience and generate sales revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors Assist in buying of merchandise and collaborate with designers Develop strong product knowledge across all categories Process sales transactions, special orders, and repairs using the xsgimln POS register system Ability to work as a team to create a personalized luxurious shopping experience

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior retail sales experience Superior communication skills High level of computer literacy Strong internal motivation and attention to detail Positive and outgoing personality Ability to conduct transactions electronically Adept in time management, organization, and dependability Proficient in Microsoft Office
