Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Some overtime required during busy season Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling Provide 5-star level of service to our customers Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for service Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring clear, consistent, and positive communication across all departments Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Qualifications and Requirements
Answering phones is a first priority Schedule all incoming service calls and create call slips Satisfy all customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction Follow up with customers and processing Manage club membership plan, warranty plans, and quality control Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality service Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook 3 week rotation on call duty required after regular operating hours, and weekends Benefits
