In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—both on the phone and in our showroom—creating a positive and memorable experience from the very first interaction. What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in bathroom upgrades Schedule
free in-home consultation appointments Welcome and engage walk-in customers in the showroom Learn and confidently present our products to prospective clients Overcome objections and guide conversations with confidence Deliver a positive, professional first impression every time What We Offer
