At OHLA Building, our interns are an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team, contributing to the success of our marketing and business development initiatives while helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence. This is a paid internship opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities As a member of the marketing department, the Marketing Intern will support the team in the development of high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with graphic design and visual content creation
Supporting social media content development and calendar management
Maintaining and organizing databases for clients, projects, personnel, proposals, and marketing assets
Assisting in the creation of proposals and presentations, ensuring brand consistency
Coordinating and gathering content from internal teams and external partners
Drafting and proofreading internal and external communications
Supporting the planning and execution of company events and marketing initiatives
Assisting in end-to-end proposal development, including layout design, content coordination, and deadline management
Ensuring all deliverables are accurate, polished, and submitted on time
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of marketing and business development principles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and personalities
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Start Date / Duration: Immediate start – ongoing internship opportunity
Role: Marketing
Pay: $18/hr (Bachelor’s) | $20/hr (Master’s)
Location: Miami Corporate Office
Education / Major: Recent graduates (December 2025) or current students graduating May 2026 in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Path to Full-Time: Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles in Marketing, Proposal Management, or Communications after graduation
