Position Overview We’re looking for a driven and creative
Marketing Intern
to join our North America Marketing Team. This
part-time, credit-based internship (160 hours)
is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, and branding. Candidates must receive school approval, as this internship is
unpaid .
Key Responsibilities Sponsorship Support
Assist in the creation, writing, and distribution of sponsorship and marketing materials, including programs, posters, invitations, reports, and agreements.
Collaborate with sponsors to build strong relationships, network, and coordinate sponsorship programs.
Support preparations for sponsor meetings and events
Create sponsorship fulfillment reports and ensure deliverables are met.
Event and Marketing Coordination
Assist in photographing various aspects of the company for promotional and marketing purposes.
Maintain sign inventory and oversee the distribution and placement of signage.
Act as a primary contact for the public, handling inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and email.
Represent the staff in interactions with volunteers and the public.
Marketing Initiatives
Conduct marketing and sponsorship research to identify trends and opportunities.
Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and implement new technologies.
Assist in building a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
General Support
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Provide administrative support as needed and take on other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems effectively.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated, positive, and proactive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for public relations and community engagement.
